I currently hold an LMHC with a concentration in Trauma and Abuse from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology, and am trained in Somatic Experiencing and EMDR. My therapeutic work draws from my belief that we all deserve the opportunity for healing and one predominate way we heal is through meaningful relationship with one another. I believe that therapy can and should reawaken you to your inner creative and call you back to the wildness of yourself. I hope to cultivate a safe space for you to explore the radical and breathtaking things that make you, you. Though that comes with immense grief for what you’ve suffered, may we also find that it leads to an even greater sense of awe and wonder.

I love working with women who are anticipating motherhood or are in the depths of postpartum because it is a world I know well and have immense care for. I have a daughter that I am absolutely in love with, who has reshaped much of my world and much of what it is to be human. I find myself being challenged by her and by motherhood/parenting every day, and find it incredibly rewarding to be in that space with other women as they re-meet themselves.

I was raised in a small town in Southern California where my greatest teachers were the warmth of the sun, the sound of the waves, and the dry heat of my desert hometown. Though I cannot call myself a native Washingtonian, I have come to fall deeply in love with its rich beauty and ever changing seasons. When not at work you can find me reading, writing poetry, doing pottery, or out on my paddleboard.

**I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist and believe that all people should have access to good and sacred care.
